I called them as they told me I would not be required to send any money. They advised they would send the check minus the clearance fee. I am not to discuss this with anybody, but I felt this had to be a scam. They advised I should call them when I receive the check in 7 to 10 days. I was too curious. This wasn’t the first letter received from them and the others had been thrown away.

I too get the old lady dying of cancer which makes me laugh ironically…it could almost really be me. life on life’s terms, but I choose to laugh about it. I just wanted to let you know I appreciated your efforts and I felt fairly certain it was a scam. Best way to make other aware of a potential scam is step up and speak up and ask…or at least that is what I found. Meanwhile do some research and ask others if they are willing to help check it out. Our day will come….why, because we Choose daily to do the ‘right thing merely because it is the right thing to do and in the moment we can” That alone is a huge blessing. Well I did not call the number, but I did search some key words on the letter. I search the company name, the phone number provided, and the address of the company. I found the same links about it being a scam with the first and second searches, but I found something of interest when I search the address. According to the maps on Ask.com, 60 GILL Street London, England is in a residential area in London, England. I change the view to street view, which allows you to see the satellite image of a location, and there is an apartment complex on both sides of this street. I can tell they are apartments, because there are patios with patio type furniture on just about every single balcony. I zoomed in to verify the closest business, and there are NO businesses whatsoever anywhere near this address. I really wish this was a real deal, because I too could use some extra money. Unfortunately, this appears to be garbage just the same as the emails I keep receiving from that little old lady who is dying of cancer and wants to leave me her fortune. It is sad that people could be so evil as to take advantage of the kindness and desperation of others in this world. I believe I will contact the postal service, and see if they would need this letter to investigate this and possibly file charges against these goofy people. Sorry I couldn’t bring you awesome news instead of this information. God bless all who should come across this message.

Thank you I just got that exact same letter in the mail today. Red flags went off when I read that they strongly advise me to keep the winning information confidential. This is horrible that these people are doing this. I am the wife of a wounded warrior and a mother of 5. I guess I was born yesterday also because they chose to send this mess to me. Even if they send a check I would not deposit it in my bank account. This is a evil system and greedy people are everywhere.

Thankfully Tang, we do each get to make our own choice. I choose to step up and speak up…we have enough consequences in today’s world because folks thought it better to just mind their own business since it was not affecting them on that day…today unfortunately it is affecting the entire world and this gives me great concerns. But I believe the #solution may lay in the ‘we’ of this. By doing just what we are doing here now. Caring enough to speak up so the next one in line is ready to protect themselves. One person, one choice at a time “WE CAN CHANGE EVERYTHING” but we must be willing.
